Quinoa Green Vatana cutlets
When your carb craving kicks into high gear these high protein fiber-rich cutlets will satiate you!!!!
Ingredients
- ½ cup quinoa
- 2 boiled potato
- ½ cup boiled green vatana
- 1tsp channa masala
- 1 tsp roasted Kasturi methi
- 2 green chilies
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
How to prepare
- Soak the quinoa for 2-3 hours and boil it for 2-3 minutes till it fluffs up. keep aside to cool.
- Add mashed potato and mashed green vatana, chilies, cumin powder, black pepper, and salt to taste.
- Add channa powder and Kasturi methi to the mix.
- Mix all the ingredients and make round shape cutlets out of it.
- Keep it in the refrigerator for one hour so that cutlets firm up.
- Smear the oil on the pan .shallow fry the cutlets in the pan till they are golden brown on both sides
- Serve them with chutney of your choice.
