Children tend to have a sweet tooth but parents don’t like to stuff their children with chocolate as it can cause obesity and cavities are a big problem.
An actually sweeter alternative would be to give them these Protein Ladoos.

Protein Ladoos By EAT.SIP.SHINE
An extremely scrumptious recipe that you can make for your kids and make sure that even you eat something healthy during your sweet cravings.
Ingredients
- Dates
- Desicated Coconut – 20 g
- Almond – 25 g
- Almond Oil – 1.5 tbsp
- Cinnamon – 1/4 tsp
- Green Cardamom – 1/4 tsp
- Coco powder – 2 tbsp
- Chia Seeds Powder – 1 tbsp
- Flax Seeds – 1 tbsp
- Ginger Candy – 1
- Black Raisins – 25 gm
How To Make
*First you have to crush the nuts.
Deseed the dates and crush them in the mixer. Take them out add the crushed badam, black raisins with the seeds(chia, flax, etc.)
Once you have added all the ingredients mix it all well and now you can start making small balls of the mixture.
You can add cocoa powder to the mixture according to taste(Gives it a chocolatey flavor)
Now your Protein ladoos are ready!!
