Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- ½ cup wheat bran
- ½ cup soya flour
Filling
- 1cup grated cauliflower
- 2-3 chopped coriander
- Small piece of ginger grated finely
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- 1-2 Green chilies finely chopped
How to prepare
Mix soya flour, whole wheat flour, and bran. Add water to get a dough of rolling consistency. Knead well till smooth. Cover and keep aside for at least 30-40 minutes.
For the filling add all the ingredients to the grated cauliflower and mix well. Keep aside for 10 minutes. squeeze the cauliflower well to drain the extra water. Make the stuffed roti using cauliflower as filling. Serve hot
