Oats Banana Pancake
This is a healthy and simple breakfast to have a healthy start to the day.
Kids will love this.
This is a high-protein breakfast, rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, calcium, iron, magnesium, Omega 3 fatty acids, probiotics, antioxidants, and keeps your tummy full for a long time!!!
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp powdered rolled oats
- 2 tbsp powdered poha
- 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 3 tsp organic jaggery powder
- ½ tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp powdered almonds
- 1tsp flax seeds
- 1 egg (optional) vegetarians can avoid this
- Milk (as required)
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 1 cup of berries (fresh/dried)
- 1 banana mashed
- 3-4 tbsp of butter or ghee
For Probiotic Dip
- 1 cup hung curd(thick)
- 2 tsp unprocessed honey
- 2-3 drops of vanilla essence
How to prepare pancakes
- Mix wheat flour, powdered oats,poha, almond powder, and baking soda.
- Add1/4 cup milk, mashed banana and mix it till lump-free.
- Add chia seeds, flax seeds, and jaggery.
- Now add enough milk to have a pancake-like consistency.
- Heat the nonstick pan put 1 tsp butter.
- Spread the batter but don’t spread it too much, it needs to be slightly thick.
- Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame and flip over and ensure the pancake is fully cooked.

How to make the probiotic dip

Hang the curd in muslin cloth until the water drains out.
Take a bowl put thick curd in it add honey beat well, then add few drops of vanilla essence. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve these oats banana pancakes with berries and probiotic dip. 🙂
