Try this healthy bottle gourd soup for a healthy gut today!!!
This delicious soup has numerous health benefits, low in carbs, so suitable for diabetics. Low in sodium extremely beneficial for hypertension and heart. Alkaline in nature, so it is very beneficial for the gut. High in vitamin C and antioxidants so good, for glowing skin, and this reduces the inflammation of the liver. High in fiber; excellent for relieving constipation.

Ingredients
- 1 Bottle gourd(Chopped)
- 1 Carrot(Chopped)
- 1 Tomato(Chopped)
- 1 Onion(Chopped)
- 5-6 Garlic Cloves
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- 2 Bay Leaves
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Basil Herbs
- Butter(Optional)
How to prepare
- Rinse the bottle gourd and carrot, tomato, in enough water
- Now chop the onions and garlic, carrot, tomatoes, and bottle gourd.
- First, saute garlic and onion in olive oil on a low flame, then add chopped bottle gourd and carrot too. Stir them for one min.

- Add enough water to the same pan and put bay leaves, cinnamon and cover it cook it for 5-6 mins on low flame.

- Switch off the flame take out the bay leaves and let the cooked veggies cool down.
- Make the puree with the help of a blender

- Sieve the puree into a bowl.

- Now again put the pan on the low flame. Add extra water to adjust the consistency, then add sugar(optional) basil(herbs), salt, and pepper and simmer for 5-6 minutes
- Garnish the soup with cream and butter(optional), and serve hot!!!!
