Ingredients
- Fox Nuts – 1 Bowl
- Paper Poha – 2 Cup
- Ghee – 1 Tbsp
- Peanuts – 1 Bowl
- Curry Leaves
- Mustard Seeds
- Dry Coconut – According To Preference
- Almonds – 1/2 Bowl
- Cashew Nuts – Less than 1/2 Bowl
- Pumpkin Seeds – 1/4 Bowl
- Sunflower Seeds – 1/4 Bowl
- Raisins – 1/2 Bowl
- Dry Green Chili – According To Preference
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 spoon
- Salt – As per taste
- Black Salt
- Dried Mango Powder
- Chat Masala
- Black Pepper Powder
- Roasted Cumin Powder
- Sugar Powder – 1 Tsp
Recipe:
- Take Paper Poha/Patla Poha and sieve them properly.
- Roast some Fox Nuts and Paper Poha separately without adding ghee or butter.
- Then keep a pan on the flame, put some Ghee, Peanuts, and roast it properly.
- While it roasts, add the Curry Leaves, Mustard Seeds, long sliced Dry Coconut, Almonds, Cashew Nuts, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Raisins, Dry Green Chilli and roast them all continuously.
- After then add some Turmeric Powder, Salt, Black Salt, Dried Mango Powder, Chat Masala, Black Pepper Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Sugar Powder, roasted Flattened Rice/Poha & Fox Nuts, and mix them all well.
- Now your protein snack/namkeen mix is finally ready, full of healthy and tasty ingredients.
