Ingredients for Protein Powder
1 cup almond/badam
1/2 cup walnut / Akhrot
¹/4 cup pistachios
1/4 cup cashew / Kaju
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp melon seeds 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup milk powder (unsweetened)

How To Prepare
- Slightly roast all of the above ingredients except the unsweetened milk powder.
- Crush them all in the blender and grind till you get a fine powder.
- Sieve it and mix with unsweetened milk powder!!!
- Store in a dry jar.
