A delicious salad will definitely make your skin glow and body healthy, rich in antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins, and will keep your body energetic.
Ingredients For Salad
Fruits
- 4-5 pieces of watermelon
- 4-5 pieces of papaya
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas/sprouts
- ½ apple cut into pieces
- 8-10 grapes
Vegetables

- 8-10 florets of broccoli
- 1 carrot cut into thin pieces
- 5-6 baby corns cut into lengthwise
- 1 red capsicum cut into pieces
- 8-10 stalks of asparagus cut in half
- Parsley dressing
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of white vinegar
- 2 tsp crushed garlic
- 3 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
- ¾ tsp pepper
Preparation Time!!
Mix all the ingredients of parsley dressing together in a bottle, close the lid, and shake well to mix.
Boil 3 cups of water with 1tsp of salt,1 tsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp sugar. Add broccoli, baby corn, and carrots. Remove from the fire. Let the veggies be in hot water for 2 minutes. Strain and pat dry on a kitchen napkin.
Mix all vegetables and fruits in a bowl. Pour dressing over fruits and vegetables at serving time.
