I highly recommend trying this soup if you don’t want to be hungry throughout the night without putting on some fat.

Fat Loss Soup

Ingredients for this fat loss soup:-
- 1 medium head of green cabbage cut into 1inch pieces (100 gm)
- 75gm Broccoli cut into cubes
- 1 medium onion, peeled and diced
- 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 4 stalks celery, sliced (optional) OR 100gm green beans
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 4 cups water
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a stock pot and bring to a boil.
- Add water, if needed, to cover all vegetables. Add spices.
- Reduce heat to a moderate simmer and cover.
- Cook or until all vegetables are tender.
- Garnish it with green coriander leaves.
